Like its predecessors, the Nike Flyknit Racer and Nike Flyknit Trainer, the upper of the Nike Flyknit Lunar1+ is created without the need for cutting, thereby reducing waste. The one-piece upper does not use the multiple materials and material cuts used in traditional sports footwear manufacture.
